HI,
About 20 years ago I was In New Orleans at Mardi Gras. We were at a bar and a guy sang Boogie Man that stopped traffic. For years I have been trying to find out who he is. He was white, with blond hair and was blind. I was told his name was Jeff Healy, but any searches bring up a different band. Anyone who can give me a name, thanks!
